Our Early Intervention programs support families with children birth to 3 years experiencing developmental delays or at risk. We offer services in homes, centers, and communities, focusing on education, training, and family support.
We have full-time, part-time, and FFS positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include understanding infant-toddler development, using a parent coaching model, participating in screenings, assessments, and home visits, and collaborating with community providers. Service coordination and development of Individual Family Service Plans are essential.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, with appropriate licensure or eligibility.
- Two years pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged.
