Clinical Supervisor ($7,500 Bonus!)

Seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our New Martinsville office to oversee high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists and community liaisons, providing clinical support, conducting staff trainings, reviewing documentation for compliance, and managing client intakes and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with WV licensure (LPC, LICSW or higher)
• At least 3 years of experience with at-risk families, trauma-focused treatment, and supervision
• Ability to travel, pass background checks, and maintain licensure and credentials

Salary ranges from $57,000 to $68,000 based on experience and licensure. Remote client meetings are not permitted for Ohio or Pennsylvania residents. All qualified applicants are considered regardless of background characteristics.
