Clinical Nurse - Pre-op/Post-op/PACU

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. You will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on post-treatment needs, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential. Critical nursing skills are required to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. The position involves self-scheduling, four 10-hour shifts, and yearly weekend and holiday duties, including call shifts.

Qualifications Include

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (BSN preferred)
• Critical care or PACU experience
• Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience
