Clinical Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate psychotherapy services while managing a caseload appropriate to their licensure and skills.

• Complete initial and ongoing mental health assessments and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing, quality therapy with clients and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with internal and external care teams to coordinate treatment and ensure comprehensive care.
• Submit timely and accurate billing for services provided.
  
  

Requirements include licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or eligibility to provide supervised services. The position offers flexible hours, a hybrid remote work setting in Grand Rapids, MN, and a total annual compensation ranging from $36,000 to $90,000.
