Clinical Director

The Clinical Director oversees strategic and operational aspects of an integrated outpatient behavioral health and addiction program in Anchorage, AK, ensuring compliance with state and accreditation standards.

• Provides clinical oversight, supervises staff, develops protocols, and maintains quality service delivery.
• Leads program evaluation, community partnerships, and business development efforts.
• Supports staff training, performance management, and resource planning.
• Maintains a caseload with patient contact hours and meets licensing and certification requirements.
• Requires a Master’s degree, LPC/LCSW license, 5 years of clinical management experience, and ability to work in person. Some weekend hours may be required.
  
  

This full-time role offers a salary range of $75,000-$125,000, with benefits including retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
