Child Psychiatrist

Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth in a psychiatric residential treatment setting on a 270-acre farm.

• Provide mental health care including diagnosis, evaluations, testing, and medication management to children aged 5-14 with trauma, psychiatric, or neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Supervise contracted psychiatric professionals and collaborate with the Student Services team to ensure students' health and welfare.
• Work Monday through Friday in a hybrid schedule within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
• Qualifications include an MD license in Virginia, experience with at-risk youth, and relevant child mental health expertise.
