The CNA provides high-quality routine care to tenants, supporting activities of daily living under supervision, following care plans, and adhering to standards and regulations. They assist with basic nursing, personal care, and restorative services, while understanding mental health and social needs, especially for cognitively impaired tenants. As part of a multidisciplinary team, CNAs promote tenants’ independence and well-being.
