Certified Nurse Practitioner

Provides medical evaluations for alleged child abuse victims as part of a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Executive Director.

• Must hold a CRNP license in Pennsylvania; child abuse specialty training is preferred.
• Conducts physical exams, takes histories, captures photographs, and performs colposcopic evaluations.
• Obtains lab tests, cultures, and imaging studies; prepares detailed, legally compliant reports with findings and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborates with agencies and community professionals, ensuring clear communication and follow-up planning.
• Participates in supervision, peer review, and ongoing training; stays current with relevant literature and best practices.
• Engages in quality assurance and seeks feedback to improve performance.
