CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE

The Certified Nurse Aide role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and involves providing routine daily care to residents based on their assessments and care plans.

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, hair and nail care, mobility, and responding to calls.
• Follow resident care policies and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
• Identify and report potential safety concerns or changes in residents' conditions.
• Contribute to care plans with knowledge of residents' needs.
• Observe and communicate any symptoms or reactions to the Charge Nurse.
  
  

Requirements include a valid CNA license, with a high school diploma preferred. Experience in long-term care is a plus. The role involves physical activities like lifting, transferring, and standing, with accommodations available for disabilities. Work is performed in person, requiring physical stamina and effective communication skills.
