Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team at a private, small LTAC hospital. The role involves providing comprehensive care for critically ill and medically complex patients, with an emphasis on patient recovery during an average stay of 25-30 days.

Responsibilities Include

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care in accordance with hospital standards
• Delivering direct nursing care to specific patient populations
• Managing care for patients with complex medical issues
• Integrating clinical practice, education, consultation, and research to enhance patient outcomes
  
  

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Nursing with clinical specialization or Physician Assistant certification
• State APRN license or PA certification, with national specialty certification
• 1-3 years of critical care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
