- Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participating in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
