Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients on preventive health measures, and ensuring clear communication with patients and their families. Additional responsibilities include prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results as part of patient care management.
