This position requires a credential which authorizes Special Day services such as an Education Specialist Credential: Mild to Moderate with Autism Authorization. The candidate must have an English Language Learner Authorization/CLAD and valid CPR & 1st Aid Certificates
It is recommended you attach a letter of interest, resume, 3 letters of recommendation (Written within one year), and, if you are a current teacher, a performance evaluation.

Medical insurance plans are available on the Azusa Unified School District website in the staff section. Employees working a 90 % assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the Azusa Unified School District or provide proof of coverage through another group plan.
