We seek highly motivated individuals with the dedication, integrity, and creative spirit needed to thrive in our organization.About the RoleThe Senior Director, Pricing is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development, execution, and governance of pricing and contracting strategies that optimize revenue, ensure competitive market access, and maintain compliance across the pharmaceutical portfolio. This role leads to cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, Trade, and Commercial teams to drive sustainable growth across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of US pricing strategies across launch, in-line, and lifecycle productsEstablish pricing governance frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and complianceOversee WAC, AMP, ASP, and net price strategy impactsProvide strategic pricing guidance for pipeline assets, BD evaluations, and scenario modelingDefine and execute payer contracting strategies across commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specialty channelsOversee negotiation and execution of pre and post dealsPartner with Trade and Distribution teams on channel strategy and contract alignmentEnsure contracts align with corporate financial objectives and market access goalsLead advanced modeling of rebate structures, formulary positioning, and competitive scenariosProvide executive-level insights into pricing risks, opportunities, and trade-offsServe as a strategic advisor to Brand, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, Compliance, and Trade teamsSupport launch readiness by aligning pricing, access, and contracting plansPresent recommendations to senior leadership and executive governance committeesRequired Skills and ExperienceDeep expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and payer economicsAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsExecutive-level communication and negotiation capabilitiesStrong business judgment with ability to balance risk, compliance, and growthExperience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment10–15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, or market access5 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex payer negotiationsProven experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid pricing dynamicsStrong understanding of government pricing calculations and GTN managementPreferred QualificationsExperience with specialty, rare disease, or biologics portfoliosExposure to value-based contracting and innovative pricing modelsExperience in mid-size or growth-stage pharma/biotech organizations#LI-RemotePhysical & Mental Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
