In this role, you will help support a wide variety of projects, from general construction and repairs to greenhouse work, site upkeep, and equipment operation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and is ready to contribute wherever needed.
What You'll Do
- Assist with general construction tasks including light excavation, concrete work, framing, drywall, minor electrical work, and roofing
- Safely operate equipment such as telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts
- Drive company vehicles as authorized and trained
- Support greenhouse construction, repairs, and ongoing maintenance
- Help maintain facilities and surrounding grounds, including recycling, cleanup, and organization
- Sign company tools in and out properly and return or secure them at the end of each day
- Contribute to the construction, maintenance, and improvement of current and future Azure buildings and structures
Requirements

- Only one earbud may be worn when listening to a personal device so surroundings and equipment can still be heard
- Power equipment operators may not wear earbuds
- Hoods that obstruct side vision are not permitted while working
- Team members are responsible for the proper care of tools in their possession and may be held accountable for tools that are lost, negligently broken, or left unsecured
