Key Responsibilities
- Process recipes through a digital food processing app
- Package products according to company standards.
- Mix, Fold and Form sourdough bread.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Support other production-related tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Experience with sourdough and baking is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and following specific instructions is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
Work Environment
- Production facility environment with exposure to food ingredients, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment.
