About us:
Azure Printed Homes is pioneering sustainable housing by 3D-printing complete homes from recycled plastic. We've delivered 100 units, earned a TIME Best Invention 2025 award, and hold $55M in per-orders. We're scaling rapidly to support disaster recovery and expand affordable housing nationwide.
We're now expanding beyond our Los Angeles facility with a new 25,000 sq ft factory in Commerce City, CO. This Denver operation is central to our goal of scaling from hundreds of units per year to thousands.
About the Role
We're hiring Production Employees to help launch the day-to-day production operations at our new Denver facility, drive safety, quality, and throughput on the floor. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the work.
You'll be part of the founding Denver factory team helping to continuously improve how we build homes.

Job description:
- Assemble factory built homes
- Load and unload raw materials and other equipment consumables.
- Perform regular equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Responsible for compliance with all Quality Management Systems.
- Ensure the quality of the product before completion.
Essential Skills & Experience:
2 years of construction experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with framing, carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing is preferred
- A track record of resourcefulness, high level of energy & focus, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident with a valid work permit
