Director of Operations

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gardena, CA for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency across departments, optimizing workflows, and advancing organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, improving operational strategies, leading and mentoring teams, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The successful candidate will implement systems to ensure that operational activities align with company objectives and industry best practices.

• Expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to effectively oversee processes, optimize resources, and manage financial plans
• Strong Team Management and Leadership abilities to mentor, guide, and enhance team performance
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate operational efficiency and identify improvements
• Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service to meet and exceed client needs
• Proven experience in driving organizational improvement and implementing sustainable strategies
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in construction or 3D-printed housing industries is a plus
