Who We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced, compassionate Dental Hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and working as part of a team. You’re confident in your clinical skills, attentive to detail, and committed to providing the highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist with an active Massachusetts license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- CPR and Radiology certifications
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and infection control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered hygiene care
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Accurately document medical and dental records
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
- Utilize dental imaging and EMR systems (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix preferred)
- Support efficient patient flow and a smooth clinical schedule
