Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for supporting patients throughout their care journey at the center. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating referrals and follow-up visits, and ensuring accurate and timely registration and documentation in patient records. The role involves answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing clear, compassionate communication about procedures, preparation instructions, and post-visit care. The Patient Care Coordinator collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth patient flow, verify insurance details as needed, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This role plays an important part in enhancing the overall patient experience and supporting high-quality vascular care delivery.
