Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Azura Memory Care is a premier leader in memory care across Wisconsin, providing homelike environments and transformational, person-centered programming for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our team is growing—and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Do as Our RN:
- Lead and participate in care conferences
- Assist with and conduct resident assessments
- Oversee medication management and collaborate with pharmacy partners
- Monitor care plans and audit medication carts and resident files
- Communicate with physicians and families
- Document care in Point Click Care
- Coach, guide, and support staff
- Ensure excellence in resident care and complete TB testing
