We're looking for a skilled, heart-centered Registered Nurse to provide after-hours and on-call hospice care as we grow this service.

What You'll Do
- Respond to after-hours needs: symptom management, support visits, admissions, and death visits as needed
- Provide calm, skilled nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, and memory care communities
- Educate and support families when they need you most
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
- Help establish strong clinical practices as we grow in Dane County
- Current Wisconsin RN license (in good standing)
- Hospice, palliative, home health, or strong med-surg experience preferred-we will train the right nurse who has the heart for this work
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Comfort working independently while staying closely connected to the team
- Compassion, clinical judgment, and excellent communication
