- Full-time, Monday'Friday, 8:00 AM ' 4:00 PM
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Take and relay messages
- Sort and distribute mail
- Coordinate express mail services
- Perform basic clerical tasks (copying, filing, data entry)
- Maintain common areas and coffee bar
