Azura Homecare is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated agency providing 24-hour non-medical homecare to seniors and individuals living with complex and chronic conditions including stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, disabilities, cancer, hospice/palliative needs, and more.

Position: Personal Care Aide / Caregiver
Schedule: PRN to Start → Growth into Part-Time or Full-Time
Shift Options: Day or Night, 12-Hour Shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals & provide light housekeeping support
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Communicate and document client care updates
Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- New grads from CNA / PCT school welcomed
- Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities is helpful (but not required)
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
