Regional Manager - ATL

Job Duties

• Provide performance and developmental leadership and feedback to the members of the region’s growing team as well as retention and engagement with your markets
• Provide timely, complete, and high-quality reporting of field service activities and oversee all communications within your assigned regions
• Help Grow and retain market share with the management and delivery of superior customer service to our customers
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and objectives within the market;
• Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures
• Manage region payroll and budgets
• Manage day to day operations of warehouse locations in your assigned region

Skills and Qualifications:.

• Two or more years of experience leading teams
• Must be able to work in extremely fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
• Ability to work remotely and utilize technology to stay connected to colleagues throughout region
• Self-starter, very self-reliant and capable of operating with minimum direct supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well versed in the use of the Microsoft Office software suite.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Full Time – Salary

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Operations management: 4 years (Required)
• Leadership: 3 years (Required)
