We're looking for a Dual Director of Sales & Marketing for the brand-new AC Hotel & Element Hotel Phoenix Scottsdale North — a dual-branded powerhouse planted right in one of the most dynamic business growth corridors in the Southwest.
Phoenix/Scottsdale North is a hub of corporate expansion, group demand, and BT activity — and you'll own the full revenue story across two distinct, complementary Marriott brands from day one.
We need someone who:
✅ Knows the Phoenix/Scottsdale market — existing relationships and local intel are a serious plus
✅ Can drive transient ADR with precision, layered with group, corporate, local negotiated, and BT demand
✅ Has a strong F&B background — because great events and great revenue go hand in hand
✅ Knows the Marriott ecosystem (experience with Marriott brands strongly preferred)
✅ Is energized by new builds — the blank slate, the first handshake, the inaugural sales strategy
