The Ava Hotel Paso Robles is seeking an experienced and service-driven Director of Front Office & Guest Services to lead the guest experience at one of the Central Coast’s newest lifestyle hotels. Located steps from the vibrant downtown square, The Ava blends modern hospitality with the spirit of Paso Robles wine country, creating memorable stays for both visitors and locals alike.
This leadership role is responsible for shaping the arrival and departure experience while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality across multiple guest touchpoints. The Director of Front Office & Guest Services will lead our Guest Service Ambassadors, Concierge, Night Audit, Bell & Valet teams, as well as the Pine Street Bistro Barista team, ensuring seamless operations from morning coffee to evening arrivals.
