Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications
- Perform job changeovers and machine setups efficiently
- Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation
- Inspect and test products to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Accurately document production data and report issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
