A. SUMMARY
To assure that all company products meet quality assurance requirements.
B. DUTIES
Essential Duties: These duties directly and substantially serve to achieve the
Purpose of the position.
- Conduct customer product analysis upon request by sales department and other quality assurance personnel.
- Testing the mill and finish product coming from the lines
- test for moisture, pH, color, sieve granulation, yield test and others
- According ISO procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance product rechecks as directed by the quality assurance supervisor
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct, schedule and monitor multiple quality assurance functions or analysis in a proficient manner, as directed by the quality assurance supervisor.
- Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement of all employees.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability)
Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and frequently 10 to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects , Constant walking a distance of 84 meters on 2.5 minutes, every 10 minutes, able to be standing for Periods of time of 8 to 12 hours per shift . Frequently climbing ladders, stairs, etc
Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by the weather. Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds of a pitch or level sufficient to require hearing protection. Exposure to constant or intermittent dusty area
D. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Computer skills on excel and word, English verbal and writing
