Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Director for our Houston, TX location. The Regional Director will oversee daily operations, manage project teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities include setting operational goals, managing client relationships, overseeing safety protocols, and driving business development opportunities within the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Experience in project coordination and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Comprehensive understanding of construction services, including interior finish-out, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation
- Proficiency in strategic planning and business development, including building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal Government regulations and compliance in the construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management or a related supervisory role
