About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be expected to maintain and repair printers, copiers, and related equipment at Aztec client locations
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate with Dispatch to open/close calls accordingly
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines
- Communicates with customer and dispatch to clearly provide updates and timelines for services
- Manages assigned areas for call prioritization within defined contract agreements
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of spare parts in your assigned company van
- Complete manufacture-provided trainings to earn and maintain certifications on key equipment lines
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing print and copy equipment
- Existing technician certification in at least one of the following A3 copy equipment lines: Canon, Sharp, Xerox, Toshiba, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Ricoh
- Bonus points for experience and certifications with Canon and Sharp
- Ability and willingness to drive between client locations every day
- Valid US drivers licenses and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and Aztec colleagues in person, over the phone, and over email

- Base salary of $55,000-60,000, plus performance-based bonuses
