Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support Aztec Tents’ continued growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative work, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Marketing Manager will oversee brand presentation across digital and physical channels, manage our e-commerce and website content, and support the sales team with marketing tools, campaigns, and materials that drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and support sales initiatives.
- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, trade show graphics, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update company websites and e-commerce platform (Shopify) with fresh content, images, and product information.
- Plan and coordinate trade show experiences — including booth design, layout, signage, and event promotions.
- Create, edit, and produce video and photo content for marketing, training, and promotional use.
- Manage company social media channels and build a consistent posting schedule aligned with company messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools and campaigns that help drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure materials meet Aztec’s quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a small to mid-sized agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress Drupal, or similar CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience highly preferred).
- Video production and editing experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the internal team in Torrance, CA.
