Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored rental or purchase solutions.
- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in equipment rental, sales, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
