Oak Barrel Café in Little Orleans, MD is looking for skilled and motivated Grill Cooks to join our 32 person strong team We're a fast-paced, family-style café and bakery known for our hearty comfort food, famous cheesecakes, and rustic charm. If you take pride in your grill work and love keeping the kitchen humming, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all grill menu items to Oak Barrel standards
- Operate grill and fryer stations efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your work area
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Take pride in consistency and presentation

- Previous grill or line cook experience required
