Reports to the Identity and Access Management Manager
The purpose of this position is to carry out user access reviews on all applications and banking platforms administered within the team. In addition, to investigate and implement measures to enhance these processes to be as efficient as possible and introduce automation if/where possible.
You will be based from our office in Radnor, PA where we operate a hybrid working model.

What you'll be doing
- Following robust procedures and internal controls
- Providing access administration across multiple banking platforms, applications and systems
- Accurate execution of processes and procedures to ensure access administration is performed in a controlled and auditable manner
- Completion of application and system recertifications to ensure access rights are appropriate
- Ensuring appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services
- Investigating ways in which the current access reviews can be automated/more efficient going forward and implement these measures
- Experience and sound knowledge of using Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience is essential
- Experience of operating within tight controls, processes and procedures
- Reliable team player with high standards of personal integrity
- Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and initiative
- Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to co-ordinate with other teams and clients regarding policies, procedures or standards and controls
- Previous experience administering banking platforms is desirable
- Previous experience carrying out user access reviews would be beneficial
- Experience of administering financial application systems is advantageous
