Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Representative

• Meet directly with residential customers to introduce telecommunications products, services, and available promotions.
• Learn about each household's connectivity needs and recommend affordable telecommunications solutions through consultative sales conversations.
• Qualify customers for available telecommunications products and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, installation, and available service options.
• Build strong relationships with customers while creating a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment information, and sales activity.
• Collaborate with fellow Telecommunications Representative team members to achieve daily sales goals and strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing Telecommunications Representative training focused on product knowledge, communication, customer engagement, and advanced sales techniques.

Qualifications of the Telecommunications Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or sales is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with residential customers throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated to succeed.
