Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Harbortouch ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of food handling, serving, and bar operations.
- Assist in setting up banquet events or nightclub functions, providing excellent service during high-volume periods.
- Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and menu items while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Harbortouch is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
