- Proactively engage with residential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for Verizon products and services, aiming to exceed sales targets
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of wireless plans, devices, and accessories to facilitate informed customer decisions
- Efficiently guide customers through new account setups, service upgrades, and data transfers
- Offer initial troubleshooting for common issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams
- Process all sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and in compliance with company policies
- Continuously update knowledge on new technology, service updates, and special offers to provide accurate customer information
