The Role This is a high-production sales role for someone who builds their own pipeline from scratch, closes new fleet accounts, gets fuel cards activated, and drives recurring revenue that actually moves the needle.
This isn't inbound order-taking or waiting for leads to fall in your lap.
This is disciplined outbound, structured one-call closes where you protect margin, and full ownership of results.
If you produce volume consistently, you grow fast here. If not, this isn't the spot.
What You'll Actually Do Prospect & Close Like a Machine
- 150 outbound dials daily (non-negotiable volume)
- Target fleets with 1–50 trucks
- Run crisp, no-nonsense fuel savings comparisons that make the value obvious
- Close clean applications and lock in activations same day when possible
Own the Entire Cycle
- Qualify hard and fast with a one-call close mentality
- Negotiate to protect our margins—no race to the bottom
- Deliver a flawless handoff to the Account Manager post-activation
Hit Real Targets
- 40 activated fuel cards per month (minimum standard)
- Average 1,400 gallons per card at activation
- Ironclad CRM discipline in GoHighLevel—no excuses on tracking
Compensation Base: $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience) On-Target Earnings: $110,000 (we'll share the full breakdown once you're qualified) Incentives are uncapped.
