About the Role

As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive new business, and mentor a growing sales team. You’ll work directly with customers across the industrial and converting equipment sector, providing expertise and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities.
- Partner with engineers, plant managers, and purchasing teams.
- Present and recommend technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach sales representatives.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations for project success.
- Travel to customer sites (approx. 25–30%).
- Report on activity and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Leadership mindset with strong mentoring ability.
- Relationship-driven and technically curious.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
- 7 years in technical or industrial sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
