Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Business and Supply Chain Excellence, to execute critical supply chain activities with a strong focus on data analysis for financial reporting and continuous process improvement. This role will oversee warehouse capacity planning, inventory analysis, and supply chain optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and business acumen with a deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and analyze warehouse capacity and utilization, proactively identifying constraints and recommending allocation or expansion strategies.
- Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards to balance inventory levels, minimize excess and obsolescence, and ensure sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Accounting/FP&A teams to forecast demand, plan replenishments, and manage inter-warehouse inventory transfers.
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory, perform root cause analysis, and develop clearance or disposal strategies.
- Lead data-driven supply chain improvement projects, including warehouse layout optimization, fulfillment performance tracking, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Design and deliver reporting packages and insights to management, including turnover, aging, fulfillment rates, and warehouse efficiency metrics.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting related to inventory, COGS, and working capital performance.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, FP&A, inventory management, or operations analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow.
- Experience in an e-commerce environment is highly preferred
