About the Role
At Azara Branding, we believe in developing future leaders from the ground up. As a Management Trainee, you'll start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and customer engagement. From there, you’ll transition into leadership training and eventually take on full management responsibilities.

Phase 1: Sales & Customer Engagement Training
In the initial stage, you'll work face-to-face with customers to understand our products, sharpen your communication skills, and gain a deep appreciation for customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with Customers: Represent Azara Branding in person across various business, retail, and event settings.
- Drive Sales: Promote products and services, meet performance goals, and earn based on your results.
- Learn by Doing: Gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings to confidently address customer needs and objections.
- Grow Your Confidence: Build vital soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
This foundational phase sets you up with the tools needed to thrive in leadership.
Phase 2: Leadership Development
Once you've demonstrated sales success, you’ll begin building your management skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Mentorship: Guide and support new team members as they begin their training journey.
- Campaign Support: Help coordinate sales events and team activities to maximize outreach and results.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team metrics and contribute to strategic improvements.
- Leadership Workshops: Participate in internal training sessions focused on communication, coaching, and people management.
This stage gives you real-world experience in leading others and contributing to team success.
Phase 3: Sales Management
Top-performing trainees are promoted into full management positions where they oversee their own teams and play a key role in driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Manage day-to-day operations, coach team members, and hold team huddles to drive motivation.
- Recruit & Train: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new staff.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy, market insights, and team performance.
- Mentorship: Be a role model for new trainees, helping to shape the next wave of Azara leaders.
