POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative supports the sales pipeline by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with the external sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, helping guide them toward repairs, installations, equipment purchases, or marketplace listings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication, organization, and high-volume prospecting.

Azar Pixel is a leading LED repair and service company with facilities in Dallas and Las Vegas. We provide rapid repair turnaround, fixed-install integration, LED wall servicing, processor sales (SinaPlug), and a nationwide used-gear marketplace.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
· Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
· Book meetings for the Sales Executive by identifying high-potential prospects.
· Manage CRM data: logging calls, emails, notes, and deal stages.
· Follow up with inbound leads from website forms, Google ads, Marketplace inquiries, and service requests.
· Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and repair/service estimates.
· Support the sales and marketing team with outreach aligned to ongoing campaigns.
· Provide accurate information about repairs, diagnostics, installations, and Marketplace listings.
· Track follow-ups, warm leads, and next steps to maintain a healthy pipeline.
· Stay informed about LED repair processes, panel types, processors, and common industry problems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· 1–3 years in inside sales, lead generation, or customer support
· AV, LED, or digital signage experience is a plus but not required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Office or remote work for extended periods
· Frequent use of computers, phones, CRM, and video conferencing tools
· Occasional travel for industry events or team meetings
