We are seeking an experienced Design Professional to support a major institutional project in New York City. This role is ideal for a technically strong designer with experience delivering large-scale, multi-building projects in highly coordinated environments.
Responsibilities
- Support architectural design development and production of construction documents using Revit
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across multiple disciplines
- Assist with design coordination, drawing updates, client presentation and technical documentation
- Participate in project meetings and support agency review processes
- Contribute to timely delivery of design milestones in alignment with project schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
- 6–10 years of professional experience working on large-scale architectural projects
- Demonstrated experience on institutional, civic, transportation, correctional, or public-sector projects
- Proven ability to work on projects involving multiple buildings and large, multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, coordination, and agency standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
