Azamara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our National Accounts team.
The Account Executive will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key travel industry partners, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets within the national account segment. Reporting into the Senior Manager of National Accounts, the Account Executive is responsible for working with their assigned accounts, specifically focusing on the execution of marketing plan, events and sales tactics that meet or exceed corporate growth targets.
Independently maintains relationships with C&D level personnel at assigned accounts, as well as internal key customers, specifically Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Trade Support & Service, and Operations.

- In conjunction with the Senior Manager, National Accounts, executes revenue generating Marketing and Sales activities and tactics within the assigned account portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Operations, to develop tailored sales strategies and initiatives that align with national account objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with C&D level personnel within assigned account portfolio.
- Oversee the Hosted & Amenity programs to include reporting on eligible bookings, calculate payouts, develop marketing collateral, and work with call center team to set up events onboard the ship and act as primary liaison for the program.
- Responsible for the ongoing reporting of marketing activities, targeted sales, and pricing compliance as well as guidance reporting on opportunity accounts within each National Account partner.
- Oversee the implementation of the National Account field sales communication plan, encompassing email campaigns, targeted sales invitations, monthly updates on account activities, participation in regional conference calls, and other effective communication strategies as directed by the National Account team
- Deliver engaging presentations and product trainings to educate national account partners on Azamara Cruises’ unique selling points, promotions, and offerings.
- Represent Azamara Cruises at industry events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new business opportunities. Responsible for travel 20% of the time to attend conferences, trade shows, ship inspections and Seminars at Sea and any sales events that are required to attend.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University preferably in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing or a combination of education and years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Webex essential.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Familiarity with Seaware and HubSpot preferred.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills a must. Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization essential.
