Full Time:
Wednesday-Sunday Evenings: 1:00pm-10pm (average)
Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Consistently craft cocktails, according to recipes
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
- Provide excellent guest services and address any inquiries or concerns
Skills
- Vast experience in food & beverage industry
- Passion for hospitality and creating guest experiences
- Proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems
- Composure in high volume environments
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
- Problem solving skills and guest resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions
