Compensation
$15 hourly

Basic skills required (but not limited to):
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers.
- Follow Marriott beverage standards and procedures, using Marriott's beverage manual and recipe book as references.
- Know premium items – beer, wines, liquors and knows prices – can open bottle of wine.
- Inform guests of all beverage, food, and bar promotions.
- Clean bar of empty glasses and dishes.
- Can answer basic questions, give directions and information about local areas.
- Performs side work accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely beverage refills.
- Uses daily opportunity to up sell when taking orders i.e. appetizers, desserts and beverages.
- Have full knowledge of and fully comply with the state liquor laws.
- Ensure the check is presented in a timely fashion.
- Follow proper procedures for ringing guest checks and cash collecting procedures.
- Make sure all drinks are entered into the POS system correctly.
- Prior experience of a similar nature required
- Accurately practices service standards on a daily basis.
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Be able to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
