Role Description This is a full-time, in person personal or commercial agent/customer service representative role based in Wilmington, NC. The agent/CSR will handle daily client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide policy information and guidance for both new and existing personal or commercial lines accounts. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, preparing quotes, supporting renewals, and assisting with billings and claims-related questions. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with carriers to secure appropriate coverage, and following agency procedures to ensure compliance and quality service. The agent/CSR will also participate in training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment.
