Role/Mission:
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to residents in long-term care settings across Louisiana. This role is essential in improving patient outcomes, reducing behavioral challenges, and enhancing overall quality of life.
You’ll have the freedom of private practice—without the administrative burden—while making a meaningful impact in an underserved population.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide individual psychotherapy services to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities
- Utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Manage your own schedule and caseload within assigned facilities
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care
Required Experience & Skills:
- Active Louisiana license in one of the following: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Experience with geriatric populations or long-term care settings (preferred but not required)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain consistent weekly caseload and session volume
- Complete documentation within 24–48 hours of service
- Achieve high patient engagement and retention rates
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standard
- Positive feedback from facility partners and interdisciplinary teams
