Azalea Acquisitions is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Management Trainees. This entry-level opportunity is designed for people who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership while developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibility over time.
You’ll receive paid training and work alongside an experienced team in a retail environment. As you gain experience and demonstrate your skills, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Learn sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies through hands-on training
- Interact directly with customers in a retail environment
- Represent our clients and create positive customer experiences
- Develop communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Work with a team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
